  • Order confirmation email sent immediately
  • Shipping confirmation with tracking information provided after dispatch

  • Netherlands (Nederland)
  • United Kingdom

Shipping Times

Netherlands & United Kingdom:

  • Standard shipping: 7–15 business days from dispatch

Please note:

  • Estimates begin from dispatch date, not order date
  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays
  • Times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather, or seasonal demand
  • Remote/rural areas may experience longer delivery times

Consumer Rights – Delivery

Netherlands (Dutch Law):

  • Must deliver within 30 days if no delivery date agreed
  • Right to cancel order if delivery is significantly delayed
  • Right to full refund if delivery deadline is not met

United Kingdom (UK Consumer Rights):

  • Must deliver within 30 days if no delivery date agreed
  • Right to set new reasonable deadline if late
  • Right to cancel and receive full refund if new deadline missed

Shipping Costs

  • Costs displayed at checkout before payment
  • Vary based on order value and destination
  • Free shipping available for orders over certain amount
  • 30-day return period: standard shipping costs refunded for eligible returns
  • Faulty/misdescribed goods: all shipping costs refunded
  • Voluntary returns: original shipping costs non-refundable

Import Duties and Taxes

Netherlands:

  • All prices include Dutch VAT (BTW)
  • No additional import duties for deliveries within the Netherlands

United Kingdom:

  • All prices include UK VAT
  • No additional import duties for UK deliveries

Order Tracking

  • Tracking number, carrier info, and estimated delivery date provided via email
  • Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to activate
  • Contact us if no tracking movement after 5 business days at info@sleepricher.com

Delivery and Risk

  • Ownership and risk transfer upon delivery
  • We are responsible for loss or damage until delivery
  • Signature may be required; carriers may leave packages in a safe place

Incorrect Address

  • Customer responsible for providing accurate shipping details
  • We cannot be held responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect address
  • Re-shipping costs may apply if package is returned
  • Addresses can only be updated before dispatch

Lost or Missing Packages

  • Check tracking information first
  • Allow up to 15 business days from dispatch
  • Contact info@sleepricher.com with your order number
  • We are responsible for goods until delivery; you are entitled to refund or replacement if lost

Damaged Packages

  • Inspect package immediately upon delivery
  • Take photos of any damage
  • Contact us within 48 hours at info@sleepricher.com
  • Replacement or refund will be offered

Undeliverable Packages

  • We will contact you to arrange re-delivery
  • Additional shipping costs may apply
  • If no response within 14 days, refund minus shipping costs will be processed
