Welcome to Sleepricher (trading name of Slenova, registered in the Netherlands, KVK: 99408147, BTW: NL005385594B45). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

3. Applicable Law

For Netherlands Customers:

  • These Terms are governed by Dutch law
  • Dutch Consumer Protection Law (Burgerlijk Wetboek) applies
  • Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Dutch courts

For United Kingdom Customers:

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales
  • UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply
  • Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in England and Wales

4. Consumer Rights

Netherlands (Dutch Consumer Law):

  • 14-day cooling-off period under Distance Selling Law (Wet Koop op Afstand)
  • Extended to 30 days as part of our voluntary sleep trial
  • Right to cancel without giving a reason
  • Right to full refund for faulty or misdescribed goods
  • Goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality

United Kingdom (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015):

  • 14-day cooling-off period under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
  • Extended to 30 days as part of our voluntary sleep trial
  • Right to cancel without giving a reason
  • Full refund within 30 days for faulty goods
  • Repair, replacement, or price reduction after 30 days for faulty goods
  • Goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality

5. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings
  • Product specifications are subject to change without notice
  • We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions
  • If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing your order

6. Ordering and Payment

Placing an Order:

  • By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products
  • We will send an order confirmation email (this does not constitute acceptance)
  • A contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation

Pricing:

  • All prices are displayed in EUR (Euro) for Netherlands customers
  • All prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds) for UK customers
  • Prices include applicable VAT/BTW
  • Prices do not include shipping costs (shown at checkout)

Payment Methods:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Other payment methods available at checkout
  • Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments or third-party providers

Payment Security:

  • We do not store your full card details
  • Payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant providers

7. Delivery

Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship to Netherlands and United Kingdom

Delivery Times:

  • Standard shipping: 7–15 business days from dispatch

Delivery Obligations:

  • Netherlands & UK: Must deliver within 30 days if no delivery date agreed
  • Right to cancel and receive full refund if delivery deadline is not met

8. Returns and Refunds

30-Day Sleep Trial:

  • Try your pillow risk-free for 30 days
  • Return for full refund if not satisfied (subject to conditions)

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Hygiene restrictions apply to used pillows/pillowcases
  • See our Refund Policy for full details

Faulty or Misdescribed Goods:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Full refund or replacement offered
  • We cover return shipping costs for faulty items

9. Limitation of Liability

We are NOT liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or force majeure

We ARE liable for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch or UK consumer law

Netherlands & UK Consumer Rights:

  • Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms
  • Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Dutch or UK consumer protection law

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by Sleepricher/Slenova and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
  • Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
  • Scrape or extract data from our website

11. Product Safety and Compliance

Our products comply with:

  • EU product safety standards (for Netherlands customers)
  • UK product safety standards (for UK customers)
  • Certifications available upon request

We process your personal data in accordance with:

  • UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 (UK customers)
  • AVG (Dutch GDPR) (Netherlands customers)
