All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices include applicable VAT/BTW for your country:

  • Netherlands: Prices in EUR include Dutch BTW
  • United Kingdom: Prices in GBP include UK VAT

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within a few hours of placement, before they're processed for shipping. Contact us immediately at info@sleepricher.com">info@sleepricher.com with your order number.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

  • Processing: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery: 7–15 business days from dispatch
  • Total: 8–18 business days from order

Delivery times apply to both Netherlands and United Kingdom.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on order value and destination. Costs are displayed at checkout before payment. We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount.

Do you offer express shipping?

Currently, we offer standard shipping (7–15 business days). Express options may be available in the future.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Carrier information
  • Direct tracking link

What if my package is delayed or lost?

If your package hasn't arrived within 15 business days from dispatch, contact us at info@sleepricher.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day sleep trial on all products. Try your pillow risk-free for 30 days, and if you're not satisfied, return it for a full refund.

How do I start a return?

  1. Contact us at info@sleepricher.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide return instructions and authorization
  4. Pack items securely in original packaging
  5. Ship to the address provided

What are the return conditions?

Items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or washed pillows (unless faulty).

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Standard returns (change of mind): Customer pays return shipping
  • Faulty or damaged items: We cover all return shipping costs

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued to your original payment method.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sleepricher.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage
  • Description of the issue

We'll offer a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs.

Can I exchange my pillow for a different one?

We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different product:

  1. Return your original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the item you prefer

30-Day Sleep Trial

How does the 30-day sleep trial work?

  1. Order your Sleepricher pillow
  2. Try it for up to 30 days
  3. If not satisfied, contact us for a return
  4. Return the pillow in original condition
  5. Receive a full refund

Can I try the pillow before returning it?

The 30-day sleep trial is designed for you to test the pillow in its original, unused condition. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or washed pillows unless they are faulty.
