REFUND POLICY

30-Day Sleep Trial

At Sleepricher, we want you to love your pillow. That's why we offer a 30-day sleep trial on all our products. Try your pillow risk-free for 30 days, and if you're not completely satisfied, you can return it for a full refund.

Return Period

Netherlands (Dutch Law):

  • 14-day statutory cooling-off period under Dutch Distance Selling Law (Wet Koop op Afstand)
  • Extended to 30 days as part of our voluntary sleep trial guarantee
  • Return period starts from the day you receive your order

United Kingdom (UK Consumer Rights):

  • 14-day statutory cooling-off period under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
  • Extended to 30 days as part of our voluntary sleep trial guarantee
  • Return period starts from the day you receive your order

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unwashed
    • Items must be in original condition
  • Original packaging
    • Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Hygiene requirements
    • For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of pillows or pillowcases that have been used, washed, or show signs of use

Exceptions:

  • Damaged or defective items can be returned regardless of use
  • Incorrectly shipped items can be returned regardless of condition

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@sleepricher.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization
  4. Pack items securely in original packaging
  5. Ship items back to the address provided

Return Shipping Costs

Standard Returns (Change of Mind):

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:

  • We cover all return shipping costs
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
  • We will arrange collection or provide a prepaid return label

Refund Processing

Netherlands & United Kingdom:

  • Refunds processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Refund issued to original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once refund is processed
  • 14-day statutory returns: Full refund including original standard shipping costs
  • 30-day voluntary returns: Product price refunded; original shipping costs non-refundable (unless item is faulty)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sleepricher.com
  2. Provide photos of the damage or defect
  3. Include your order number
  4. We will offer a replacement or full refund (including all shipping costs)

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item:

  1. Contact us immediately at info@sleepricher.com
  2. We will arrange collection of the incorrect item
  3. We will send the correct item at no additional cost
  4. Or provide a full refund if you prefer

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Pillows or pillowcases that have been used, washed, or removed from packaging (unless faulty)
  • Items without original tags or packaging (unless faulty)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  3. Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)
  4. If still not received, contact us at info@sleepricher.com

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product:

  1. Return your original item following the return process above
  2. Place a new order for the item you prefer

Consumer Rights

Netherlands:

  • Right to cancel within 14 days without giving a reason (extended to 30 days by us)
  • Right to full refund for faulty goods under Dutch Consumer Law
  • Right to repair, replacement, or price reduction for defective goods

United Kingdom:

  • Right to cancel within 14 days under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (extended to 30 days by us)
  • Right to full refund within 30 days for faulty goods under Consumer Rights Act 2015
  • Right to repair, replacement, or price reduction after 30 days
