How to Track Your Order

Step 1: Check Your Email

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us at info@sleepricher.com containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • Carrier information (e.g., PostNL, Royal Mail, DHL)
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Direct link to track your package

Step 2: Track Your Package

Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or manually enter your tracking number on the carrier's website:

Step 3: Wait for Delivery

Your order will arrive within 7–15 business days from dispatch.

Order Status Explained

Order Confirmed

  • Your order has been received and payment confirmed
  • We're preparing your items for shipment
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

Order Dispatched

  • Your order has been shipped and is on its way
  • You'll receive a tracking number via email
  • Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate

In Transit

  • Your package is traveling to you
  • Check tracking for real-time updates
  • Delivery: 7–15 business days from dispatch

Out for Delivery

  • Your package is with the courier for final delivery
  • Expected delivery today
  • Please be available to receive your package

Delivered

  • Your package has been successfully delivered
  • Enjoy your Sleepricher pillow!
  • Start your 30-day sleep trial

Shipping Times

Netherlands:

  • Processing: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery: 7–15 business days from dispatch
  • Total: 8–18 business days from order

United Kingdom:

  • Processing: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery: 7–15 business days from dispatch
  • Total: 8–18 business days from order

Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather, or seasonal demand.

Tracking Issues?

Tracking Number Not Working

If your tracking number isn't showing any information:

  • Wait 24–48 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation
  • Tracking systems need time to update
  • If still not working after 48 hours, contact us

No Tracking Movement

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days:

  • This is normal during international shipping
  • Packages may not scan at every checkpoint
  • Contact us if no movement after 5 business days

Package Delayed

If your package is taking longer than expected:

  • Check tracking for updates from the carrier
  • Delays can occur due to customs, weather, or high volume
  • Contact us if delivery exceeds 15 business days from dispatch

Package Lost or Missing

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check with neighbors or building reception
  • Look for a safe place where the courier may have left it
  • Check the tracking for delivery location details
  • Contact us immediately at info@sleepricher.com
